Phthalic Anhydride  Reactor

We have contracted the design and manufacturing of more than 60 sets of 5000t/a to 80000t/a reactor units which can be used to produce naphthalene phthalic anhydride and o-phthalic anhydride, and we can design and manufacture reactors with greater production capacity according to customers’ needs. The reactor unit includes reactor, molten salt cooler, steam superheater, vaporizer, regulating valve, balance valve, molten salt pump, electric heater, air preheater, gas cooler, etc.

Particularly, 80000t/a reactor system is the one with the largest production capacity among the phthalic anhydride reactors designed and manufactured in China. Our production technology is leading in China, with radial temperature difference of ±2℃ and axial temperature difference less than 4℃. 80000t/a reactors have reached international leading level, and been exported to the international market and unanimously praised by users.

Maleic Anhydride Reactor

Our company has contracted the design and manufacturing of more than 20 sets of 6000-40000t/a benzene maleic anhydride reactor units and 20000-30000t/a n-butane maleic anhydride conversion units. We become one of the few professional designers and manufacturers in China who can complete the installation of more than 20000t/a reactor units. Among them, the 40000t/a maleic anhydride post conversion units of benzene process and 30000t/a of n-butane process indicate that our abilities of design, manufacturing, overall assembly and welding of maleic anhydride reactor have leapt to the world advanced level.

Acrylic Acid Reactor

At present, we are one of the few companies who have mastered the design and manufacturing technology of acrylic acid reactor with a capacity of more than 60000 t/a in the world.

We have completed the design and manufacture of more than 30 sets of 30000t/a, 40000t/a, 50000t/a, 60000t/a and 80000t/a reactor units of acrylic acid reactor, and the design of 100000 t/a acrylic acid reactor has been completed and now it’s in production.

Methyl Methacrylate Reactor

At present, our company has completed the design of a 120000t/a MMA reactor, with a tubesheet diameter of 9.2m, more than 55000 conversion tubes and a unit weight of more than 500 tons. 50000t/a MMA reactor unit, with a tubesheet diameter of 8.9m. The design and manufacture of two sets of 50000t/a MMA reactors have been completed. By now, the equipment have been delivered and put into operation.

Hydrocyanic Acid Reactor

Our hydrocyanic acid reactors mainly include 1000t/a, 1500t/a, 10000t/a, 20000t/a and other models. The customers responded that the user experience is good and our products have brought significant economic benefits to them. The above devices are the benchmark in China and the performance is leading among similar products in the world. At present, we are able to design and manufacture 12000t/a, 15000t/a and 25000t/a, of which 12000 t/a and 15000 t/a units have been successfully delivered to international customers.

Other reactors

Our company can also manufacture R134a, R125 and other oxidation reactors, as well as the design and manufacture of tubular fixed bed reactors such as reactors for PMDA, oxyphthalic anhydride, anthraquinone, naphthalic anhydride, pyridine, cyanopyridine, polyarylene ether, trimethylpyridine, acetonitrile, acrolein, ethylenediamine and methyl mercaptan. The 3000 t/a, 5000t/a R125 and R134a have various structural forms, and the main materials include Inconel alloy and carbon steel, which can meet the different requirements of different users for the unit. More than 200 sets of such oxidation reactors have been provided to users and they have successfully improved production process and efficiency.
